Cindy the manager I heard her say, is a crazy person. She 5 times went into a meeting that was not hers, blessed out a customer asking a question, in a meeting she was neither invited to, and apparently was arranged with, she finally was so belligerent the customer left and went to probably to another funeral home, solved the issue and booked there, I went elsewhere as well.
So apparently, they and I made arraignments elsewhere. Cindy lost another one. I left also, after just hearing Cindy yelled at the person. I made arrangements later elsewhere.
Why would anyone in a time of need book a funeral here with Cindy still working there?
I do not know. I heft and would not.return.
