Horrible new formula change on Aussie instant freeze non aerosol hairspray
- - The company admitted changing Aussie instant freeze non-aerosol formula.
- - After 15+ years it no longer holds hair; Walmart accepts six-bottle returns.
What a bad experience after using Aussie instant freeze non-aerosol hairspray for at least 15 years. The company has admitted to changing the formula and its equivalent to water with chemicals that absolutely do NOT HOLD the hair.
I have tried spraying about four times as much as usual and it still does not hold my hair. I am very disappointed and will not continue to purchase this product. Fortunately, Walmart is able to accept my return for the six bottles that I purchased. Very disappointed customer and I hope you can change back to the original formula. There are many many complaints about the change even in the aerosol hairspray.
I was able to find people on YouTube who confirmed how disappointed they were and would not purchase the product again. Please bring back your original formula or you are going to lose a lot a lot of customers.
User's recommendation: do not buy the Aussie instant freeze hairspray they are like water

New Instant freeze hairspray
- - Long-time user says the new Aussie Instant Freeze formula is garbage.
- - They call it false advertising and say they've lost a long-time customer.
Bought the new cans of Aussie Instant Freeze, which I have used for over twenty years, and the new formula is garbage. More water, wouldn't hold a feather ,big mistake on this product reinvention. This new formula is false advertising, and they have lost a long time customer.
- Used to be a great product and affordable
- New formula holds nothing
- Mostly water
Preferred solution: For the company to stop lying to the customer about it's product. This is total garbage, and is false advertising, it holds nothing.
User's recommendation: Do not buy, nothing like the old formula
