I couldn't agree more. Very lousy service indeed. I bought two (2) items from them very recently. The first item is quite okay but overpriced by 3,000 pesos-- I didn't bother checking out and canvasing from other stores and/ or the 'net -- but the second item (grinder) is what really *** me. I've had it repaired twice or thrice already despite barely being used, and thereafter, after so much frustration, had said item replaced (for an additional amount of money since they will not reimburse the money)... I remember, however, that prior to making a purchase, the sales people guaranteed the products being sold thereat... And that they warrant their products... That's BS. We were told that we mishandled in the use of their product and they won't offer to fix the non-functioning item, which in the first place, we had barely used... So we bought another item. During the first day, everything went smoothly. On the second day, however, the problem arose and which persists up to now. I have no intention of ever going back to Aussam again to have it repaired and/or replaced, since they WON'T entertain you anyway. So, why bother? Anyway, back to the item... I almost cut my fingers when I plugged the cord in the electric outlet. The grinder turned on by itself and would not turn itself off unless, of course, you unplug the cord... That was a close call... I plan on getting a brand new grinder from any reputable hard ware at any mall as soon as I have money... Let this be a lesson to others not to be mislead/ deceived by sales people. caveat emptor.

I bought this Water Pressure Pump with Aussam Corporation Bodega Suplus in 455 Aguinaldo highway Anabu Dasmarinas cavite paid 5500 pesos and but it happens it's faulty so we go back and ask them to replace the product they have tested but still faulty we went back and forth three times spent too much petrol going back and forth so we decided to return as we cannot get this to work. It's not even 24 hour of purchase. They refuse to give us back our money and said we have to replace them with other product so I told them I paid you cash why can't I get back my money your product is faulty. They said that's their policy and should not return the money. So buyer beware especially if you are paying more than a thousand pesos since there is no guarantee with their product ( although they have warranty displayed outside their store) You are not allowed to refund once they issue you sales invoice. they want you to replace with another product instead, if you replace them with another faulty product what will happen to your money? You are trap with this shop and it will be so difficult to get your refund you have to be upset first before they will attend to your demand. The shop assistants have a very bad service they don't look after their customers. The assistant that attend to you don't even want to assist you once you want to get a refund. It's like you are buying a junk and they don't care if you loss your money you are like being robbed big time. They should allow the customer to refund their money if they are not happy with the product as it is consumer's right to get the product that is working. We have spend money for the gate valve 850 PESOS WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY ASIDE FROM 5500 FOR THE PRESSURE PUMP and the didn't even say sorry but ignore us completely. Very bad customer service and the owner who approve the refund is not around would not even bother to talk to annoyed customer, all he wants is money as he is ripping off customer as their product is 'no return no refund' please beware of this store you will end being trapped and frustrated and angry. Don't buy SURPLUS WITH AUSSAM CORPORATION VERY BAD SERVICE. THANK YOU
