Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals

We stayed at 1728 Summit Way, excited about our vacation to the cabin. This was the nastiest cabin I've ever stayed in.

There were mouse droppings in the pots and pans, the hot tub was disgusting and slimy, the toilet was broken, the dishwasher smelled like fish, and the pictures were misleading because items in the advertising photos were not at the cabin. The linens were stained, and the bed was dirty. We found dirt and other items under the dresser that were from a previous renter. We ended up eating out the whole time because the dishes were disgusting.

We sent pictures to customer service, and they informed us they would come clean the cabin. We returned to the cabin, and nothing had been cleaned. I contacted them again and was told they could send another cleaning crew out to clean the cabin, and I said no because they had the chance the first time I called. I don't go on vacation to clean someone else's mess and lack attention to detail with cleanliness.

I followed up with the customer service team after returning from vacation because they said they would forward the information to the management team. They informed me that since I refused to let them come out and 'clean' the cabin, nothing could be done.
