Poor customer service

I booked a flight from Sydney to Orlando return when I went to pay my booking came back returning two days earlier than I booked so I rang and they said its because it was a special price so I had to go those dates otherwise Id have to pay extra . I accepted only to find now my return flight they havent allowed enough layover time to catch my connecting flight , I have now rung them 5 times firstly they said it would cost me $4,000 to change my 3 hour flight from Orlando to Houston so I would make my connecting flight I refused as that was ridiculous so when I rang the airline they said the flight they had booked was invalid as they hadnt allowed the correct amount of layover time now I cant get them to sort it out and all Im told is if I miss my connecting flight I will be penalised . Im so angry as this is there stuff up I dont know where to go from here

My flights were cancelled and I am due substitute flights. Yet, Aunt Betty hangs up on you as soon as you're connected after a 20-minute wait.

This has happened to me 8 times so it is no coincidence. They also don't respond to emails.

Basically, it's a sham company and I wish I had read all of the appalling reviews before losing $1500 on flights with them. The shocking thing is Flight Centre owns them but also takes zero responsibility and doesn't help.

Aunt Betty - Worst experiance with Aunt Bety

Hi, I am writing this review and honestly frustrated to the core. I booked my flight tickets on 30th Jan 24 via Aunt Bety site.

Flying from Melbourne on Singapore Airline. As Soon as I saw the received the booking email on 30th Jan, I noticed there was spelling error in my middle name. I have been Chasing Aunt Bety team to make the correction, and after 4 weeks this is not resolved. After speaking to Singapore airlines I was notified that the ticket was auto cancelled on 1st of March due to non-payment by Aunt Bety.

Whereas I have been chasing Aunt Bety team since 30th Jan to make the correction. All this experience has left me no option.

I just want to inform every traveler to stay away from this fraud website and not to do any business. I am going to formally lodge complaint with ACCC and take them to court if required
