They forgot to fill out forms, admitted their mistake, won't fix it ALSO...

At signing a finance deal they forgot to fill out a form that would give me a $200 credit, ignored phone calls, wouldn't call back when they said they would, and finally after 4 plus months of bothering them and trying to get an answer they admit that it was ALL THEIR FAULT, but they will not honor the deal offered by Harley and credit me the $200 they owe me. Also... I agreed to an interest rate over the phone, drove 4 hours to the dealer, and while I was on the phone with my insurance company in the main store area the finance manager informs me that they are raising my interest rate 1.2% because "my bike was not valued at the financing amount". Not only was this stated in front of two other customers sitting on the couch watching t.v., but it was also untrue. After researching my bike WITHOUT any of the extra chrome, kits, upgraded parts etc. it still valued well over the amount I was financing. They also charged $529 document fee plus a $500 fee for doing the financing. They spend 2 hours with me and printed maybe 45 pieces of paper - this to them justifies $1029. Stay clear of Augusta, GA Harley Davidson! They work hard to scam, lie, and treat their customers like we are worthless.
