Dispute Debt Recovery
Dear Sirs,
I have recently received communication from you regarding an alleged outstanding balance in relation to the above matter.
Whilst I understand that the matter has been passed to you - and that you are simply carrying out your job - I would like to dispute this matter.
As you can see from the attached email, I have been charged on a number of occasions since registering my desire to cancel my subscription. My requests to cancel both via the site and in writing have been ignored.
As money has actually been taken from my bank account, I would consider this matter closed for both parties.
Can I respectfully request that this matter is put on hold whilst you investigate further and that no further action is taken against myself until you have all the facts.
I'm happy to provide screenshots that indicate payment being taken from my account.
Can you please also confirm your acknowledgement of receiving this email.
