The silver colored ornament came off my white sandal. There are 2 heart shaped ornaments on each sandal and Im now missing one. I love these sandals for comfort.

Used shoes - twice
- - Previously great orders, but these shoes arrived with scuffs on both heels.
- - The replacement looked used and missing toe paper and plastic holder.
I ordered many things from this company in the past and they have been great. This time I received a pair of shoes that were scuffed on both heels.
I promptly returned them and asked for a replacement pair. They made no pretense that they cared as they sent me another used pair scuffed on only one shoe. And this pair was missing the paper that they put in the toe and the plastic thing that holds it in place was also missing. This let me know that they were definitely used!
I now know that I have to buy shoes elsewhere. I'm very disappointed.
