Hello, I had a problem with my financing purchase with you. I am waiting for my products that I bought with you but I barely realize that you are charging me month by month for financing payments.
I think I mistakenly put that method from month to month but I actually wanted the plan of an initial payment and the rest in 3 months. That's why I have been rejecting the payment of my account and credit card for your payments and now they tell me that they want to stop the construction of my products.
How can you help me please to resume my Plan to pay in November?
