they say I owe $20. But their stupid site wont let me pay! They wont even let me access items I've purchased! Its *** And I'm pissed! Either send me my cables or $180 I paid for them .

Emails do not go through. They have none of my billing info, yet I keep receiving invoices.!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible

AUDIOGON IS A SCAM. Somehow they refunded my customer's purchase after the funds were in transit to my financial institution. Seriously? They charged me a fee after the sale was refunded! Then these stupid trolls suspended my damn account! Let people harass and low ball you, but you're not allowed to say anything about it. DON'T USE THIS *** SITE.

after speaking with a representative from AudioGon my issues seem to be resolved and my listing has been put on the site along with the Pictures for my Rotel Amp. I am satisfied with there response.

You listed bowers and wilkins 805 d3 as your own on OfferUp up at a very low price (between 1200 and $1500) these pictures were copied and pasted from ebay, audiogon and other sites theses speakers are listed at $5000 and up I am a victim of the scam, I paid and never received the speakers. I reviewed the listing and discovered that the following persons are probably part of the gang as they are using the same technic: Look for Andrea, Ezekiel, Carl and same pictures

I can't log into my account because I forgot my username and password how do I get into my account? Can I access my account by my Gmail I can't open a new account either

I don't have any complaints now. I was able to change the price in my ad by myself. I believe that in the future I can rely on Audiogon to buy and sell the equipment

Hey transaction unknowing to myself was conducted on audio gone I was never notified I never knew of this transaction never received any funds from the Meyer for this transaction caused me a real headache and then on top of it all without notifying me they canceled my account totally unacceptable I have 100% positive feedback on eBay audio gone and every place I buy and sell this is not fair

Purchased a TV from Appliance Store payment of £349.65 went to audiogon and I didn't receive my tv and now site has disappeared. Complete scam. As my daughter is a police officer they are investigating it as we speak

Audiogon listed a customer service phone number just to have a recording saying to go to their page online and go back and forth with emails

I can't get decent support for my problem I'm with "support" for two days, no result waiting, waiting, promise not kept, just terrible experience

This is the first time i write a review and hopefully the last. I created an account with these people recently,in order to sell part of my vast LP collection, hesitant initially as i read many bad reviews on various Audiophile sites. I posted 2 ads for 2 LPs and both sold within 5 days so i was excited with the result. Both items shipped promptly by 2nd class post. Then i listed a pair of headphones, after many messages from a buyer and after providing many good trading references from my ebay account (sold a pair of Krell amplifiers there and many antique items), i accepted buyers offer. Buyer paid immediately through their system with paypal. Exactly 10 minutes later. Audiogon suspends my account,without any given reason,nor warning or email ! I emailed their support and i received an answer from Tammy Holt stating that my account is fraudulent as i am based in UK and all ebay sellers are crooks! To my amazement and shock she refused to open the account even after providing them with my ebay id with feedback, she insisted that she closed my account as i didnt provide the buyer with a tracking number! Yes, the buyer who paid 10minutes ago by paypal. A few hours later i received an email from paypal that the buyers funds are fraudulent and that his payment wasnt authorised, again i contacted Tammy Holt asking to investigate, well she did, fraudsters account is still open and mine remains closed. I am deeply concerned as i cannot communicate with my buyers through their system, they have my address and my credit card details on their system and i feel unprotected. They also kept all the funds from my paypal for their commission for the ads i placed to their website, i had to dispute these payments through paypal, they didnt even bother to reply to paypal cases. I am planning to complain to all relevant regulating bodies in USA for their racing and biased attitude, i am sure as i read the reviews, that there are other people scammed by them. Whoever needs additional information or have any information to help us shutting sown these people, please provide them here.
