Audio Radio in Southaven, MS has terrible installers and management

I spent $5000 at Audio Radio in Southaven, MS, in 2006. Recently went in to purchase a new keypad for my vehicle and have them check out a rear view camera that they installed. When I picked up my vehicle, they added charges, said they had to re wire some things, never asked me for consent. The next time I tried to use my vehicle the battery was dead. My alarm was doing crazy things and warning lights were coming up all over my instrument panel. They say that nothing they did would have caused this, but they are the only ones that have messed with the electrical system in the car. Now my airbag light stays on and they want to cuss at me when I come in. There installers are unprofessional and management is incompetent! Stay away, even if someone charges more, you are better served!!!
