I signed up and logged in so that I could access tech support re my Angle3 Bluetooth speaker, but all I got was a faxing tone. Please call me at 718 884 4481 to help me get started.

I email these people, non delivery message sent to me. I call the 800 Service number get a fax line. I cannot find any way to get help on my product!

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with! Returned a part, no returned funds.
When I called and couldn’t locate my tracking number, I was told “ you are out of luck” .
Told the representative that was crazy, I had the return authorization number, my information, he swore at me and hung up! This company is reprehensible and I would strongly advise not dealing with them!

Dear Team, This comment is with regards to my recent purchase for Bluetooth earphones. I had purchased the same on 17th April,2019. but due to defect in the piece I had returned the same on 21st & had been assured that the same will be replaced but inspite of repeated follow up calls I am not getting proper revert on the same. I am totally disappointed by the services provided by you & henceforth won't order any product from your company & would also advice my friends & relatives not to buy the same. Highly disappointed & frustrated. Request you to please look into the matter & revert on priority as already I have waited for long. Thank you, Nilesh Parte.
