Do not waste your time with this place!!
- - Damaged interior paneling and cut holes for speakers without consent.
- - They began work without a labor estimate or authorization and moved my car.
The name should be .. AUDIO NIGHTMARES!!
I regret ever stepping into this business!! This place tried installing equipment and did damages in the process. They cut holes in my interior paneling for speakers without my consent!! I also was surprised when they starting working on my car without even knowing what I was there to purchase as well as never even giving me an estimate for labor for work they were going to do..I was really shocked when they dont even have a proper document for customers to sign to give authorization to work on the customers vehicle.
Furthermore... I never gave consent for them to drive my car anywhere let alone move it around to the back where i couldnt see when they started taking my vehicle apart.. they were only supposed to verify the "speaker sizes" supposedly.. My mistake handing my keys to let them do that..
smh.. NEVER LET YOUR KEYS OR VEHICLE OUT OF YOUR SIGHT with this place.. I could continue but at the very least this business just takes peoples money and does not truly care about the consequences of their greed. I find that this owner has no respect for people.
They take no responsibility!! People respect honesty and accountability!! Only COWARDS try to turn it around on others just to try and deflect from the mistakes they made..
I dont want them to touch my vehicle ever again!! Its costing me way more to try and fix the things that they did.
