They do not provide a reminder email what your subscription is due for renewal (unlike most other subscription based companies which do). When you roll over into another year and you ask for a refund, they refuse to offer it and, after a couple of messages, support just stop replying to you and ignore you.

What kind of secret scam scheme is that? I couldn't find a way to review them on Google or Facebook, and I understand why because they would be inundated with people giving negative reviews for this very poor way of handling a genuine refund inquiry. I'm not the first one to have this issue, I see similar complaints regularly on their social media.

Furthermore, I've even messaged the guys who run the company directly and they're too spineless to reply. Just take the money and keep quiet, seems to be their company policy.
