Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Radio silence. No follow up.
No answer. I called multiple times in the last few days and left information and messages regarding needing assistance and instructions with a product I bought from them, but there was nothing.

Been sick n out of work with several flu, need to change my billing from the 5th of each month to the 25th of each month please

I still dont have my hearings aids and its been over a month since I ordered them. I just want the hearing aids

Ear wires break about every 2 months, so in a year, I have been without hearing aides for about 3-4 months of that time. Company is unwilling to do anything,Do not buy this product as it is now over a year since purchasing the equipment.

I read some negative reviews and thought I'd counter with my positive experience!
They do what they say they will do, and the customer service is pretty good.
I was quoted thousands more at my local audiologist and then tried a few of the cheap companies online that sounded terrible, but Audicus had decent products and their team went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
To warn customer against Audious
In June I ordered and paid for a pair of their hearing aids. It took two months for the devices to arrive.
They did not work.
For two weeks I have been trying to return them and the email addresses that Audious provided suddenly do not function. Six messages requesting instructions for return and refund have remained unanswered.sta
