More than one month still investigating the vehicle why has been called fire Islam? Not happy at all I had a very bad experience.

Devon gave me a temp in the vehicle financially still I am paying. Continue my direct debit. Very bad experience.

I am not happy at all. If you can help me, that’s what I’m looking for if you can email to Audi uk.

Dear madam sir I purchased this vehicle 12 months ago how about vehicle is got issue with the engine and they couldnt repair the vehicle they didnt want to repair. Maybe I dont know fully information since last for month. Audi Connect -- Unable to set-up after purchase of car

I purchased my Audi A3 in July 2021. After more than two dozen phone calls/emails, over a 2-month period, Audi UK Customer Service is still unable to resolve the problem of 'Audi Connect' not functioning for my car.

Ironically, 'Audi Connect' was a major selling point from Audi; but, IT DOESN'T WORK. The Audi Digital Support Team and Customer Service was absolutely useless in resolving the 'Audi Connect' set up issue. Their poor training and poor technical knowledge was continually evident as their only response to resolve any problem was to "delete the MyAudi account in my name, wait 24-hours; then, open up a new MyAudi account in my name". Following their guidance, I did this 6-8 times; but, with no success in resolving the 'Audi Connect' set up problem.

As to a technical resolution of the problem.... "They Know Nothing", as they are not technically competent.

I'm so very, very disappointed in you Audi. I expected so much more!

Worked once now all files corrupted

i downloaded the pdf for audi q7, no problem, open up the file for suspension ok, closed down file but when i came to open up again it saying all files corrupted, but every thing else on compueter ok, have had some one chek out computer and they say its the emanual files, what a waste of money , my advise is to steer clear of this and save some money

Audi bodywork

I have a 7 year old Audi R8 it says in the service book that the paint and bodywork is covered for 12 years yet the passenger door is starting to blister at the bottom I have been to a body shop to let them look at it they told me it is the alloy that the door is made of that causing the problem but when I went to audi they said it is caused by a stone chip and its not covered what a load of ***. they wount do it they said they will fit me a new door at the cast of £4000 pounds. I have a Porsche as well nearly 20 years old no rust at all so so much for audi T Callan a pissed off audi owner

Broken piston due to injection manufacturing fault, sort it out yourself

Own an Audi A4 S Line 2.0 TDI, the higher range of the model. On 85000 miles, 6 years old, full service history, the engine broke down only to find that there was a manufacturing fault on the injection line. After much conversations and debate, Audi replaced the injection line.

Not even 2 months later, the car breaks down, and the nearest Audi specialist advised a cracked piston, surprisingly in the same cylinder that had a faulty injector.

Audi UK customer services will hear nothing about it, their advise is that the car is out of warranty, that they are happy for me to get the car to one of their garage, pay whatever costs to get it investigated, then fixed.

There is no support, no help moving the car around, and no admission of an even remote responsibility.

Cracked piston after 85000 miles? Seriously, on an over £40000 car... this repair will set me back over £1700, and I have no longer any trust in my vehicle, or its manufacturer.

There is no way I will ever buy an Audi.
