Accountability, Poor Customer service, No Contact Pre-Repairs, False Claims

I left my car for a routine check-up on June 13th, 2020. Audi said the car will be checked and ready the next day. June 14th. The next day car, of course, wasn't ready when I called. Some guy Henry told me it will be ready Monday. Monday No call about it. I called on Tuesday they said they need to order the part. Of course, no one calls me about it either, I had to find out by calling again. They said the car will be ready Wednesday, June 17th by 2 PM. No one called before 2 pm on Wednesday. I called 2:15 pm they are telling me part is not working it will take more time. This is customer service? And they want $800 to extend my warranty too? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! NO ONE INFORMS ME WHAT IS HAPPENING AND THEY ARE MAKING DECISIONS FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CAR FOR 5 DAYS NOW. NO LOANER EITHER.FUCK THIS PLACE I HOPE PEOPLE SEE THIS AND NEVER TAKE THEIR AUDI TO THIS DEALER. MY HUSBAND IS GERMAN HE WILL BE REACHING OUT TO AUDI GERMAN HQ.

User's recommendation: Go to a Different Audi Dealer in LA or a private shop specializing in Audis.
