Worst customer service

I bought a 2018 Q3 from north Miami Audi December 22, 2017. I’ve made several attempts to contact the finance department because we have not received our lease agreement by email as of January 16, 2018.

It is important that we receive it within 3 days or out Auto insurance will charge us a fee for each day without proof. I sent email to General Manager, my sales person and the finance manager. Completed an online survey regarding my experience. Obviously not in their favor.

No reply. I also want to inform them we have been billed from Ford Finance for the month of January on the Explorer that was traded . Auto pay amount $458.88. According to their records, we are still owners of that vehicle.

Paying for 2 cars. Don’t know where the 2016 Ford Explorer sport is. Can not default on the loan. They rear cargo all weather mat was missing and I was promised I “could come back to pick them up when they have them available”.

We live 1 hour 15 min away from Miami. We have a Audi dealer 3 miles from my home but we were told we can not have service done at any other dealer, only where we purchased this vehicle. Sure hope we aren’t transferred to South Dakota! I expected quality service from Audi.

Instead, we can not reach any department and we have left several messages. DO NOT BUY AUDI.
