Taking advantage of

Recently took my A8 to Audi Denver. Had a brake problem which they fixed.

They told me it would be 4 days to get parts and do work. It took 9 days. During that time the battery died cause of lack of use. When they went to work in the car (5 days after they said it would be done) they said car needed new battery.

I just replaced battery last year. I was advised they had to put a new battery in cause car won’t move. I told them to charfe battery. Service guy said battery needed to be replaced.

I was then told it would be $410 to replace. This cost is due to having to program battery to computer in car. When I got the bill it said battery control module was missing. So when I picked up car I ask why I had to pay for the programming if module was missing.

Service guy told me the charge was there cause they attempted to program battery. How could they attemp this when it was missing.

Just another case of a dealership taking advantage of someone that they think has no idea of what they are doing. NEVER use Audi Denver
