Fraud, Cover-Up, Deception to Consumer

Derek, Since I haven't had time to respond with the extra stress of finding a way to get my child to school, I am waiting for your response. What is the status of my Q5? From my previous email, I had authorized the repair. When I came to the dealership to check on the status, I emphasized I had the ability to pay for repairs. Since then, other invoices for previous repairs have been preventing my intentions to pay the amount for the repairs needed. There is no mention of powertrain warranty for the new engine. In addition, there are charges for the repairs that directly caused the failure of the engine. Since December 8, 2020 the vehicle has been in for repair. Waiting for my correspondence is not acceptable. Since the Q5 had just expended it's warranty, there was none offered to me for a replacement engine, and the lack of communication has caused me to choose other routes to resolve this issue. My needs for my family cannot be taken care of without having a vehicle. The added expense of providing for my family without a vehicle is preventing me from being able to pay the full amount for the repairs. It has been over 90 days, and the only response received was from PissedofConsumer. It is apparent the quality of your customer service. The records of service through Audi Dealers with this vehicle show that it was maintained by warranty standards. The explanation of consistent overheating of the engine does not follow the servicing records of the condition of the vehicle before it's arrival at Audi Cary. On October 30, 2020, my Q5 was in a small accident which only damaged the bumper. It was towed to Hendricks Body Shop of Fayetteville for repairs by recommendation of the insurance company. There was sputtering of the engine after the accident that was mentioned to the insurance company. For two months, my Q5 sat at Hendricks Body Shop waiting for repairs before it was towed to Audi Cary. After arriving at Audi Cary, parts had to be replaced before it could run. While on its test drive after the starter, water pump, and battery was replaced, the engine failed. The lack of time for repair to the bumper, and the amount of time my Q5 was parked with its hood open in an open lot is unacceptable. Since there was no support to repair my Q5 between two Audi dealers, and the additional damage from my unsupervised Q5 has left no confidence with your cars. Even if the engine is replaced, and without a mention of warranty, there is nothing giving me confidence with you. At this time, the only solution is to resolve this as soon as possible. I have made my efforts, and suffered without my Q5. Enough is enough. Dortina P. Stephens Audi
