Armon Tuscani (aka) Fazlollah Sohrab is a Used Car Mgr and stole customer's personal information to open credit cards, etc. He cannot be trusted. Audi Bethesda is a part of Euro Motor Sales, which is owned by the Charapp & Weiss Law Firm. Local police have a long rap sheet for this guy, who uses different names.
