This was the taxis allocated space on the taxi rank at the airport
Unfortunately I didn't get photos of the cab rego and the driver refused to show me his licence
But I do think that if this happens to anyone else, get the necessary photos forward these to customer service at Auckland airport along with your complaint and I genuinely think they will take it further
