I reviewed the bad reviews prior to taking my boat in, however most boat repair centers are hole in the wall filthy dumps, auburn sports is clean, and factory trained with certifications there to see when at the service desk, they found items that where broken, that I didn't even know weren't working, "saved me from a bad day on the water" ! boat repair is expensive no matter were you go, fact of life!

all said and done, a good experience, I will be returning, cheap people feel there getting ripped off everytime they open there wallet, and love writing bad reviews because they are a different weird breed of people. shouldn't be owning a expensive luxury item that costs tons of money for repairs in the first place.

probably declined the proper repair in the first place that caused there boat to break down in the first place, just need someone besides there selves to blame.

Took our boat there for repair and was treated great from start to finish. Very nice and clean store.

The employee who wrote up the work order was very professional and clear about the process of the repairs to our boat and outboard. Technician called and explained all repairs with estimates on what it would take to perform the repairs. When we picked up our boat the repairs came in under the estimate given and the boat ran great.

Not sure why all the poor reviews i believe you never get the full story when it comes to negative reviews but who knows, our experience was a positive. I would at least suggest to check them out and give them a chance, they have been in business for a long time.

I had over two thousand dollars worth of work done there. In and out three times.My boat ran when i brought it to them.Now i get it back and it wont even idol.These guys didnt even start it after the work was done.Better Business Bureau ill be calling.Rude *** *** poor service at best.

On the service order they even suggested that i test it before i go anywhere. Thats cuz they know that they suck..This company will not get another dime from me.I will spend 12000 dollars to repower my boat but not with these clowns!!!

took my 115 e tec to auburn sport for service after a bill of 1800 dollars i finally picked my boat up ran it at the lake as recomended went about 40 yds the boat stalled and wouldnt start put the boat back on the trailer with the kicker and back to aub sport goes one pissed off customer if they dont treat me fair they will end up in small claims court wow *** poor customer service never going back

Went there to buy a kayak and all accessories, hundreds of dollars . One staff member was exceptionally smart mouthed with me.

Not able to help us per policy, couldn't ans.

Any of our questions. We walked out buying nothing thanks to him.

Failed to honor warranty that the manufacturer had arranged with them prior to the work being performed. The manufacturer reimbursed me and apologized for Auburn Sport and Marines behavior.

Staff is extremely rude arrogant and immature. I posted a review of their actions on their Facebook page and they responded by ridiculing me for purchasing a "poor quality" motor from a big box store even though they are the service provider for that brand. I have nothing good to say about their customer service. The issue here is not the cost as it was a fairly small amount of money $70.00 -- rather the arrogance and immature actions of their staff.

I have not encountered such a poor level of customer service in many years, and have NEVER seen a business publicly ridicule a customer for purchasing what they felt was an inferior product. Especially when that products manufacturer sent the customer to them for service.

I suspect that their intent was to collect the fee from me as well as submit a claim to the manufacturer so they could collect double payment. I cannot confirm or prove this of course but have spoken to others who claim that they had done that with them on similar issues.

Total rip off - ordered 2 reel covers online. Was stated as free shipping over holiday - two items weighing a total of a few ounces.

They charged $19.00 shipping and could not justify exorbitant amount. Staff was argumentative and bottom line was all shipping was shown as free and after the holiday the $19.00 charge applied. Worst experience ever - stay away from online orders. Bottom line was "too bad, so sad for you!" Can't refuse the order without incurring loss.

Although shipping is not shown as going out today - staff advised was already shipped! Absolutely the worst experience ever.

service sucks cannot get a straight answer from the service dept they have had my boat for way too long, i brought my boat in for some routine maientaince, next thing i know i get four calls from service manager, each time he trys to explain why i need to spend another 4 to 5 hundred more dollars , explaning how lack of maint is the cause of most of my problems, all said and done they wanted to charge me more than the boat was worth to try and fix it.. thanks but no thanks..

good luck in the future.. please be aware auburn sports is a rip off!!!
