Elizabethtown Ny store , where your managers at??

Everytime I go in there in the evening there is never a manager in there . At most there are 2 cashiers working .

I ask to speak to the store manager , hes not there ..Ask to speak to assistant manager , shes not there ..I have stopped in multiple times during this week and last and can never catch a manger there. How can you run a store just on cashiers who cant do special order . And when they needed the manager numbers these cashiers have to call the manager on the phone to get them. Im pissed cuz there is never management there , but also feel bad for the cashiers who are running around doing the managers job in the evening ..and Im assuming they are not getting paid what he does ..

maybe this store should be checked on more ..Im done trying to give my business to them..Maybe the store manager and. Assistant shouldnt be on the same shift ..why does your company allow a store to be ran that way ?

User's recommendation: Go in the am if you ever want to catch a manager there , don’t get me wrong the cashiers in the evening are very friendly and beyond helpful..but it would be nice to speak to a manager ..maybe you should make these guys the managers ..they seems to run the place in the evening very well

My online order wouldn't process

Received Aubuchon's email informing me that a sale was going over the weekend. I ordered a 20 lb bag of sunflower seed, filled in the information (already in store file), claimed the coupon word "DOGDAYS", purchase in basket, went to checkout and was bounced back to the beginning at least 6 times (no error shown).

Went to the local store to purchase, explained the situation, and was told "we can't honor an online order in the store". Happened once before in the spring and I thought it was a misinformed employee. apparently not..

Bad policy! You have just lost a customer of many years!!

Employee not wearing a mask

My husband stopped in around 3pm today. Young male employee wasn't wearing a mask.

Then the employee started sneezing. Asked my husband how he could help him. Donna in paint was wearing a mask. I had this issue couple of weeks ago.

A district mgr.

contacted me. He assured me employees would be wearing masks.
