The first time I purchased this item I received it and after unpacking it I installed it and realized that the item had a crack across the middle of the panel. The Box was damaged and I didn’t see it.
After returning the item, a new one was shipped and it was installed and is working fine. I also got a thermostat receptacle and seems to be working perfectly
