I’ve been charged and given them my email address but they say have no records

Lost package

I ordered a whole case of au vodkas and have still yet to receive them. I filed a claim with UPS in which they are also giving me the runaround, and I'm just flat out frustrated, hurt, and angry.

I spent over $223, and when I email customer service, I get the runaround also.

I'm trying to get everyone to understand I'm moving from the location my package is supposed to have arrived at. Order placed 3/29/25.

I placed an order on Nov.23,2024 and still haven’t received anything as of yet. I haven’t even been sent a tracking number.

Too bad, because I really like this product and planned on spending thousand$$ on this site for my private club. Oh well

I made a order on the 27th of November and was sent to evri and its been delayed with them since I have sent loads of emails and no response all I want is my order or money back but cant get a reply from them!..

The same thing has happened to me. I am highly upset.

At this point, I think this company is a scam. I placed an order on 11/28/2024. Today is 1/06/2025 and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent several emails.

This morning, I just got a response that said, "Due to the Black Friday rush, your order is being delayed, but will be delivered by New Year's Eve." Well, today is 01/06/2025.

It's definitely past New Year's Eve. I have asked to be refunded, but no reply.

Not Happy of not being able to contact anyone concerning order.

I placed an order on December 6th. The order was just shipped a couple of days ago.

I Don't have an delivery date. I just know the order has been shipped and that's it. A tracking number was giving , but yet the crazy part is that you can't contact anyone about my order. I learned that there are no customer number to call.

I am very upset. I rate this company as a place you don't want to do business with ever again.
