Never received item ordered, but was charged for it
On April 16th, I ordered 20 plastic shoe boxes from AttractLLC and hadn't received them by the end of the month. I emailed Stacy Hollmann to ask her when they would be shipped--no reply.
I waited another 2 weeks and sent her another email--again no reply. I emailed her a last time on May 10th and told her to cancel my order. When I got my Visa bill today, $60 for the shoe boxes had already been charged on April 16th.
I don't know what the problem is, but I would drop AttractLLC from my website if I were you. Apparently, it's an unreliable company and makes me think twice about ordering anything else from anyone on Etsy.
