I've checked all reliable public records for any lawsuits against them
There were nothing against them.
The only thing u see when you google "Nina carmelle fraud" is u see
a bunch of bogus and fraudulent complaints of which u see immediately that
were all made by the sane person under different names
as he is a professional criminal who is previously criminally convicted
and have several prostitution women himself.
All of the bogus complaints were made on an unverifiable sites that doesn't
verify any information were made against anybody...
I will make a federal precedent case out of this. It's lawsuit that will be filed against

Making a fraudulent reports falsely against victims are very easy. You will be subpoenaed and deposed under penalty of perjury to confess and admit who PAID u to write all these fraudulent reports.

an attorney was just sued in orange county for libel for posting these TRUE statements about Nevine Carmelle. as all lawyers know Truth is a complete defense to libel.. The court ordered a physician to examine Carmelle and DID find evidence of a sex-change operation..

After two year of intensive surveillance NEVINE CARMELLE has shown a history of expropriating client fund for her own purposes including paying for her plastic surgeries, trying to change her appearance.
Also, our research has shown litigation history as a defendant in several FRAUD cases involving clients being misled into believing that their home mortgage is going to be modified or the principal balance will be reduced.
Nevine Carmelle cannot be located on any birth record in any country US or Egypt and seems to be a fictitious creation to avoid detection and to mislead people. the real person appears to be a person born in 1969 as Yoseph Kamel Tadrous and underwent a sex change operation in 2004. all the names after that are female. The arrest record and fingerprints are all the same. we are now checking the DNA to verify if the gender is male or female.
We need a sample of DNA from a napkin or glass. she has been very careful to change addresses frequently and has been using a dozen or so of aliases.
We will probably never know the true identity of this person, but our records search shows a criminal conviction in Egypt for fraud when he worked for an import/export company in Cairo. the conviction was for forging a letter of credit and bill of lading for a shipment from Tripoli, Libya where he served a one year jail sentence and was then deported.
A fake marriage was arranged to a US citizen who was unaware of the true gender of the spouse. the marriage was of convenience and to obtain a green card in the US. The marriage was never consumated, obviously and the children born were actually the product of an affair with a mexican gardener Antonio Garcia. the egyptian father listed on the birth certificate was sterile and impotent. the children were born from a surrogate with artificial insemination and a donor egg or a light skinned african american.
Since then hundreds of men and women have been seen with Nevine as sex partners or services as part of her cash for sex business under the front of paying for legal fees, but really no work is done.
