Poor ripper position as a lawyer

My daughter has paid him to represent her. He has been my daughter for years now all of a sudden hes took her money and hes not representing her.
He wont return phone calls he wont come see her when we go to see him he has people to lie to us and say hes not in the office with he is I dont understand hes got my daughter money and hes not doing anything. He hasnt even filed as a representative as a lawyer in the courts and my daughter has been in jail since May 10 but shes been dealing with Mr. Witherspoon way before then so Im not understanding how a lawyer can do this to a person if he doesnt want to represent her thats all he has to say, and give her money back, but since he dont want to give her money back, hes just giving us the runaround and lying to us And lying to her to.

Mr. Weatherspoon is a horrible attorney

My experience was just like the reviews confirmed, I did not hire him but my family member was referred, it still was the worst mistake we made. The attorney says all the right things to lure you in make she feel confortable like he’s going to take action.
After you signed a contract about a month into the relationship he shows his true motive and does not return calls. The attorney is a time stealer wasting your time he will also avoids you and you will never see him at the office.
His secretary covers for her boss making it more difficult to get his attention. Again I did not believe the reviews until he was hired and the reviews are dead on the money stay away from the guy I’m surprise he’s able practicing law period!

First of all do not hire this person to handle any type of case for you.He is the worst "ATTORNEY" I have ever seen in my life.He does not communicate with his "Clients at all.Most are in jail or On their way to jail.He cannot answer any type of question's presented to him.He act's as though something is very badly wrong with him.*** i think he work's for the "Prosecution Office"Instead of the "Public Defender's Office".He is so "UNCONCERN"About his client's welfare.He has a client that was suppose to be in jail for (3)Day's right.Well it is now 6 mos. And 13 day's and this person has only met with him once in the whole 6 Mos. I totally understand I have the same problem with mr. Witherspoon my nephew hired him and has been incarcerated for 7 months and has not heard a word from him about his case or anything I don't even think he has gone to contact his client that's in jail I don't know what else to do he does not return calls you cannot contact him and I have a problem with sometimes I call him and during my phone call or right after I hang up he sends a text to my phone saying can he return my call and he never ever does I have only talked to him once in 7 months since my nephew has been incarcerated and I don't know what's going on he hasn't got him on the docket to go to court or even talk to him about his case or going to court I don't know what to do I agree it's money wasted he is a very very sad attorney I don't know why he can't handle his business better than he's handling it I can't even contact a message center or anybody that works there I never get a response or a text or a phone call or anything I don't know what to do this is so sad

If court appointed or hired this man is worthless and will get you convicted. He did not file anything for me and cross emamined me during trial..
