Poor ripper position as a lawyer
My daughter has paid him to represent her. He has been my daughter for years now all of a sudden hes took her money and hes not representing her.
He wont return phone calls he wont come see her when we go to see him he has people to lie to us and say hes not in the office with he is I dont understand hes got my daughter money and hes not doing anything. He hasnt even filed as a representative as a lawyer in the courts and my daughter has been in jail since May 10 but shes been dealing with Mr. Witherspoon way before then so Im not understanding how a lawyer can do this to a person if he doesnt want to represent her thats all he has to say, and give her money back, but since he dont want to give her money back, hes just giving us the runaround and lying to us And lying to her to.
I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I will be conducting information. Oh, how to call the law people about his Kondik as a lawyer

He’s supposed to be representing my daughter right now she’s paid him and he’s not returning any phone calls he’s not going to see her he’s not answering his phone he hasn’t even registered as her law
He does not go to see her. He hasnt even registered with the court that hes her lawyer.
Hes been paid he doesnt answer. I will calls when you going to the office they lie and say hes not there.
I dont understand what type of lawyer does this to a person if he doesnt want to represent you thats all he has to say but hes been representing Medgirl Daughter for years and all of a sudden now hes not doing proper work and I dont understand and hes been paid and he wont give a refund so I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting the law people about his conduct. I will be reporting him Im advising dont nobody use him.

He is not right
My mother and grandmother hired him to assist them over their estate and oil and gas royalties. They both passed and we can't get an appointment with him.
I went to his office, he's always gone. The workers are just as bad and full of crap. I believe they are preying on the elderly.
If You know someone who can help us, please let me know. GOD PLEASE HELP US!!!

Mr. Weatherspoon is a horrible attorney
My experience was just like the reviews confirmed, I did not hire him but my family member was referred, it still was the worst mistake we made. The attorney says all the right things to lure you in make she feel confortable like he’s going to take action.
After you signed a contract about a month into the relationship he shows his true motive and does not return calls. The attorney is a time stealer wasting your time he will also avoids you and you will never see him at the office.
His secretary covers for her boss making it more difficult to get his attention. Again I did not believe the reviews until he was hired and the reviews are dead on the money stay away from the guy I’m surprise he’s able practicing law period!

My nephew was arrested in July of 2015 he was appointed attorney Kenneth Weatherspoon,he has seen him once will not respond to calls passes announcements in court he wont return any calls or letters he actually sent my nephews letters back we've contacted the court ckerk and all she says is you can fire him and hire a free world attorney thats fine and dandy but,if you cant afford one what do you do sit and wait for a unprofessional attorney to show up which is never its gotten to be ridiculous to sit for 6 months on a charge that should of already been taken care of alli can say is run like *** if you get this so called court appointed attorney

RESET AFTER RESET
It has been 30 Day's since i posted this post.Has Kenneth Weatherspoon gotten any better?*** no.He still walk's around with his finger stuck up his "***"Like he does not know what to do with hisself.I do not understand how he passed the "Bar Examine"He has to be the most "Unprofessional Attorney"That i have ever met in my entire life.Kenneth lies so much,Until you cannot tell when he is being truthful and When he is lying.Trust Him Know.He cannot even do a PR BOND to get someone released.After all he is the one who got this person arrested in the first place.Now he act's as thought he is in the "Dark About Everything'.Speak to anyone he has represented and See how they react when you say his name.It is so sad that he even work's for the "PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE"This is truely money given away.But then i assume the "TAXPAYER'S OF DALLAS COUNTY DO NOT MIND".You file "Complaints Against Attorneys and County Judges,What do you get in the end.OH!You have to write to "Austin To File A Complaint.When you write to Austin To Complain.OH!Their is "Nothing We Can Do About This Matter.And people want to know what is wrong with the world.Take a good look at "FRANK CROWLEY COURTS BUILDING".It's a "VERY SAD PLACE.How can their not be anyone that can even come close to touching a "COUNTY JUDGE AND AN ATTORNEY.This is so sad.These people get away with "MURDER"And know one "Care's".
I totally understand I have the same problem with mr. Witherspoon my nephew hired him and has been incarcerated for 7 months and has not heard a word from him about his case or anything I don't even think he has gone to contact his client that's in jail I don't know what else to do he does not return calls you cannot contact him and I have a problem with sometimes I call him and during my phone call or right after I hang up he sends a text to my phone saying can he return my call and he never ever does I have only talked to him once in 7 months since my nephew has been incarcerated and I don't know what's going on he hasn't got him on the docket to go to court or even talk to him about his case or going to court I don't know what to do I agree it's money wasted he is a very very sad attorney I don't know why he can't handle his business better than he's handling it I can't even contact a message center or anybody that works there I never get a response or a text or a phone call or anything I don't know what to do this is so sad

If court appointed or hired this man is worthless and will get you convicted. He did not file anything for me and cross emamined me during trial..
