7 years of fighting California Workman's Compensation for multiple injuries and the attorney continually said, "hang in there, go for the throat, we'll get you fixed up". When the attorney heard I wasn't selling future medical, he made it very clear that he no longer gave a *** about my case.
Now things are at the end, documents are being signed and settlement has been entered but he has explained nothing, won't return calls, had his wife (that's not an attorney) represent me at the settlement and I still don't even know how much the settlement amounts were or where to go from here or how to get treatment or why I didn't receive a dime (for multiple lifetime injuries and disability).
Don't use John Kenmonth in Santa Ana, CA for any legal matter because in my opinion he's so much worse than a used car salesman or politician. (typed on behalf of my disabled husband)

who ever wrote this didn`t have a case, so why blame a hard working lawyer ,this man has worked so hard for me if I do not get anything it is because the system is unjust not his fault. thie lawyer is great
I've worked closely with John for many years and my patients have all reported back positive feedback. I've been to to Appeals Board with several lawyers and their reps and I can tell you John knows his stuff and does do his best.
I no longer practice work comp because the system has become so screwed up and anti-injured worker.
So, many of the problems faced by injured workers is due to the corrupted and biased system in California. You can thank Arnold the Governator and the Democrats in Sacramento for that.

need to self educate and learn how the system does or does not work. Long story short still constant pain 4 major surgerys and still fighting,He's a fighter not a hand holder & I consider him a friend.

He went up against a multi billion dollar corporation on my behalf, saved my home, got me real treatment, and did more than promised. Maybe the complaints are from other attorneys who he ripped apart or workers with fake injuries.
