Conflict of interest being a roommate/ our tenant
David Lynn Wright who had been my tenant over 3 years has help me file my divorce paper against my Ex spouse / his landlord (John Mcneely) after I filed my divorce documents. David Wright turned around and helped my ex spouse (his landlord)with filing his side of the divorce documents and knowing everything I filed used it against me when my ex spouse the (other the owner of the house) Now David Wright is representing my ex spouse in a Quite Title case in the Palm Springs superior court.
Where it become a conflict is we all live in the same house as now today 9/17/2022 and yet this attorney has no self respect or integrity and is so desperate to try make a name for himself and doesnt care nor has regards for his landlords by allowing himself to get involved in a divorce and helping his landlord in lieu of rent and being allowed to use landlord car and using every part of his lack of his experience and attorney ethic. David had issues with the IRS and owes money and uses money orders

I hired David L.Wright in Palm Springs area to represent me on an easy case. The case relates to the same case with Kwaku Duren. It was a case involving the DMV when they came into my house without a valid warrant which violated my First and Fourth Amendment rights.
David had a "paralegal" or civil rights activist working for him. At the time I hired David Wright, I had no idea that his "paralegal" was a convicted felon. As it turns out, they both conspired to rip me off by taking monies from my retainer account for personal use. Although it amounted to over $25,000, I was only allowed to sue in Small Claims for about $7500. I won the case and was awarded about $7700 against David Wright.
I will attach the judgments to this report. In writing this report, I really hope to help other people from getting ripped off by this unscrupulous man. [continued below]....
Do not hire him for any legal issues as he does not even know how to conduct a simple case in the court. I was embarrassed that he did not know the basics of the court proceedings. The opposing attorney and judge actually had to assist him to what they could legally do. I won one of my cases with him only because I had to be proactive in the my own case. David Wright came to the court hearings totally unprepared and he didn't even bring any documents with him. Luckily, I had all the evidence with me.
Everyone must be aware that he is not a good attorney and he a very unprofessional. Don't be scammed by him.
