Cedrick Brown of Cedric Brown, Esq., Brown and Brown is a thief and a crook. Mr. Brown stole the 15K deposit that I gave him to be placed in escrow for the purchase of a property. He was contractually obligated to return the deposit in full when the sale fell through. When the sale fell through, he refused to return deposit In other words he scammed me by refusing to release money from escrow without any basis. After the check was deposited and several issues related to the sale arose Mr. Brown denied that he was the attorney for sellers. As a result, the sale fell through. He also played games by acting as the accountant in this scheme. Cedrick Brown should be disbarred.
