I have contacted customer service multiple times, after receiving a bill from FedEx for $42. I was assured each time that the bill was not intended for me and that attitude was paying it.

I just got a collections letter from FedEx! I owe $43 for a $36 order that I never would have placed if the website had informed me that US customers have to pay import duties.

US customers beware! I have to find an international attorney to sue this company for ruining my credit.
