Attic Solutions

Apparently Derek Leibeit , owner of Attic Solutions, has no intentions of honoring his LIFE TIME WARRANTY. We've tried communicating with him by phone, email, to correct problems with leaks on a ceiling after he did work on our townhome, April 2013.

If he's gone out of business, I can see why. The general public needs to be aware of his Life Time Warranty.

His company supposedly put on a new roof, more insulation in the attic, and new sky light over a bathroom. The leak on the ceiling in the master bedrm.

just gets bigger and bigger. After you pay your bill his LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS WORTH NOTHING.

Never calls or texts back, EVER. sloppy work!! Several promises made and he NEVER follows through!!!

Attic Solution of Chicago was hired to fix and clean up attic and removed raccoon.

He was paid a few thousand dollars for his job.

Attic was fixed, but raccoon has never been removed and

after a few months raccoon still was there.

It was a problem to force them to come and remove it.

I paid second time, but raccoon still was there.

I asked him to remove it, but he told that I have to pay again.

He is expecting that I have to pay him even if job is not done.

Summary:

Charged for raccoon removal, which never been done.

Asked to pay second time for the same job.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska. We contracted with Derek Liebert and Attic Solutions to have our roof re-shingled.

Our roof has leaked three times since his company worked on it. He addressed two of the issues. However, on the third leak, when the flat roof leaked and water ran into the garage, after inspecting it and pointing out that it was the fault of his crew and saying he would fix it, Derek made repeated promises that he didn't keep. It has been nearly 3 months and the roof has not been repaired as promised.

Derek goes through long periods of not answering his business phone and not returning calls. We have finally had to contract directly with another company to fix the flat roof. After several phone calls and messages left on his voicemail, Derek agreed to reimburse us the amount for which he agreed he was responsible. He said he would send a check on Friday, Dec.

17th. Ten days later we still have not seen a check, and again Derek is back to not answering his phones and is not returning calls.

We have filed a complaint with the BBB.
