Be aware of using this company!!
David Attard gave me a bid to add a room onto my home! We agreed on the price!
He started submitting paperwork for a permit to Lake County, Florida! I even had to do some of his paperwork and provide to the county what was required, basically doing his job!! After months back and forth with him, I checked with the county to see where the paper process was! They said he had not provided paperwork, which he said he had submitter, I provided to him that was required, and the process was no longer valid and if I was to want to continue with the process I would have to start over!
He just stopped doing his job to secure a permit! He never told me that he had decided to not move forward with my process!
