Complaining merely gets you through to an even more aggressive self serving area manager.
I was offered the money back it cost me to re-adjust the poor job they had already done., No mention of time, inconvenience, and the original poor repair, let alone they had tried to get a repair done that was not needed.
I declined the offer in favour of warning others about their behaviour, please, do not take your car to them if you want a decent job done. My experience was completely negative, both during and afterwards.
