Atrium Hotel - Room Reservation Review

Booked Reservation for their Pool Room through the internet for the 26th check on time 3:00 PM due to Health problem I contacted hotel by email that showed on their web site at 12:06 PM. They billed me full price $353 with no refund--/ room was not to be billed until I arrived at Hotel i am going to file Small Claims Suit to try to recover the lost money---/ they even refused to offer a substitute booking. I will never book a room with such dishonest people --- even the person to send the email to had not worked there for 3 Years and they are rude and act as if they are God

Atrium Hotel & Conference Center did not pay me for hours worked!!??

So, my boyfriend worked at the Atrium hotel close to the Tri-County mall in Cincinnati, OH for about 2 weeks. He was desperate for a job, he had another job offer as well, but Atrium was willing to hire him right away so he took it. About 2 weeks later another job opportunity came along and he had to start the next day, so he told the Atrium today would be his last day. He was still training, so the manager of the hotel will not pay him for hours worked. She claims she doesn't have to pay him since he was still training. We kept no proof of hours worked, so we figured it'd be pointless to try to sue. We have learned our lesson to always keep time stubs. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
