Aides,management,boss,workers

aides are on the phone during work hours aides assist to a point a resident ask an aid a question,the aid just walked on by not helping the resident when the residents are in wheelchairs,the residents have to push themselves the carpets don't get cleaned I don't appreciate my fellow worker reminding me what my job is. residents are on happy there they do not feed them well-all carbs the aides do not change bedding or bring towels.the residents have to ask the workers are very sarcastic to one another/very playful my boss does not act like my boss/other workers act like it the managers do not talk to the resident/engage with them
