I ordered your Applephenon Jelly Stick and have consumed some of the sticks. I stored the remaining ones separately in a dark cabinet at room temperature.
They were not crushed or placed under any heavy objects.
However, when I opened the remaining sticks, I noticed that some slimy substance had leaked out of the package. The product is still within its expiration date.
Could you please let me know what might have caused this issue? Also, could you advise me on how I should handle the rest of the box?
