THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT RETAILERS!!!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH AN INVALID COPY OF THE SOFTWARE (IF you can even get them to deliver it in the first place!!!) We purchased Adobe CS6 Master Collection through them and after having to battle just to get them to deliver it, they sent us the wrong copy... then when we finally got it, 2 years later we are now having to "Re-purchase" it through Adobe because we were sold a bad copy of the software!!! Don't waste your money with them!

They will take it and run! Best to be safe and actually purchase the software through the main company that creates it, not these crooks!!!

Over the past 2 years, we have purchased 12 copies of Adobe Acrobat Professional (in its downloadable form) from this company. They have all worked fine. They have always provided the same serial key for every copy, regardless of when it was purchased. When I went to install on a new computer, I started getting error messages. I called Adobe, and they said it was marked as a pirated Serial Number and that I need to contact the seller. They would not work with me, and that the seller was responsible.

I called Atomnik, and when I was finally able to get hold of a person, was told that we could repurchase a new version of the software. After several more emails and phone calls back and forth, I was told that I could purchase the Standard version of the product for a greatly reduced price, meaning they want to downgrade me to an inferior product, and charge me for it.

They sold me a product in good faith that, for whatever reason, has been marked as pirated. Something no one can explain to me. This means that not only, can I not install this on the machine that it was intended for, but all the machines that are running the software are no longer in compliance, as they only gave us one serial number. I believe that they are responsible for correcting this issue.

I ordered very competitively priced software online. Charges were made to my credit card.

Waited. And waited. And waited. Several emails and phone calls later, they tell me my product was delivered to a completely different state than the shipping address i provided.

Atomnik said it wasn't there problem because they provided the shipping carrier with the correct address, however they cannot provide a shipping number.

I haven't heard anything from them after repeated emails and phone calls to ask if they were going to send a replacement. They do not seem concerned that a paying customer did not receive the product ordered.

Good price offered on Adobe software. Slightly cumbersome purchase (they used an intermediary payment system). Buying software should be a couple of simple mouseclicks right?

After paying, I received an email confirming the order. Good!

Then I received an email asking me to 'verify' the order. Slightly irritating....I had to telephone them to verify that I had, in fact, ordered the software.

OK. That's done. I wait. I wait. weeks go by. I email and ask--where is my software? No email with a dwnld link. No software key. No snail mail package.

Three phone calls, and two online 'chat' sessions....I've finally managed to dwnld the software.

The dwnlod has no file extension--that is to say--my computer had no idea how to open the download.

Three phone calls, and two more online 'chat' sessions wherein I had to bloody rename to file to be a .exe.

Ok so....What should have been a couple of mouse clicks...turned into weeks of waiting, multiple multiple telephone calls and numerous chat sessions.

AtomNik may offer competitive prices....but man oh man...do you pay for it in end.
