I ordered four pieces. Sadly, the earrings did not work for me, but I was very happy with the necklaces I purchased.
I had planned to exchange them. The website that they use is so antiquated; I have gone back and forth with them numerous times, and I'm still waiting for further information. In order to get the earrings back, at this point, I just want to return them, as this is too difficult.
As a business owner and consumer, I spend thousands of dollars monthly with various companies. I have never once experienced a more difficult exchange policy.

I placed my one order on December 10, and the second order was placed on December 13. It is now December 25, and it is still not here!

FAILURE TO ISSUE A QUALIFIED REFUND
- I provided detailed return specifics and photos of unworn items with tags.
- I started the refund request on August 25, two days after receipt.
I provided the company with detailed specifics of items requesting to be returned.
I provided pictures of each of the unworn items with tags attached.
I ordered the items on August 5.
I received the items on August 23.
I initiated the request for a refund on August 25.
This was two days after receiving the items still within the 30 day return for a refund policy.
I received an email from them stating I could exchange the items for a store or keep the items for a discount.
This company does not honor their return policy.
I will never order from this company again, and I will tell every outlet on social media my story.
Im happy to show receipts for each step of my process.
