Great customer service, but terrible monthly fee. I stopped using the service a few months ago and noticed I was still getting a bill. That didn't sit well with my finances.

Unresolved as of yet. I was told it would be looked into further. I would be contacted about the resolution of the problem.

Nobody answered the phone called never got a reply. I paid my account an still dont have access to my account
Took payment out of my account without instruction
Charging additional fees they went from zero dollars a month for the cars to three dollars a month for the cards and then the next month they jumped to five dollars per card so now theyre charging $15 per month for the cards and then their fees are astronomical $50 late fee. You can have something thats $20 and it will be a $50 late fee, then they hit your bank account without saying anything so you might get charged with an NSF as well.
They did credit me back, but then they turned right around and hit my card again which charge me another fee and its just a real turn off for me.
I used to love it and wasnt affiliate, but they need to stop trying to charge astronomical fees if they want to keep me as a client. They want referrals.

I had to swap my card out and before I can even do anything, they disconnected my account within a couple of hours before I could make it to the bank. Then they charged me $50 I feel like its a bit predatory.
They didnt even have anyone contact me.
They just suspended the account and then charge me a suspension fee of $50 the same day. I dont think thats user-friendly and I actually give referrals to this company so its a little offputting.

Not respond to my application about month ago

Your company sent my card to the wrong address
It has been two and a half weeks and I havent received my Atob card. I would like to have this situation resolved or with take further action.
Declined card
My card was declined because the gas station put a hold on my fuel purchase. I pumped $97 and they put a hold for $326 which max out my card and caused it to decline at my next fuel up.
AtoB weren't able to help with the matter since I myself needed to call them and get that sorted out.
I was told I was only charged $97 and it'll take 2-3 business days to get credited. With that said, I wasn't able to use my fuel card till it was credited, it took I think 2 days.
User's recommendation: AtoB is a good fuel card, just when it comes to situations like this, you'll have to take care of it yourself to solve the issue. Customer service can only send you a form to fill out in case you need to dispute the error.

My card declined at a seven eleven location si i go in the phone withvan Ato B rep abd they walked me through the process.
Long wait
I gave a call to inquire an increase if the credit limit 5 days ago and did not get any kind of response on that
