Atmos - Staff Review from Monroe, Louisiana
It's was a mix up at our property about a supposedly fire, I advised atmos, there was no fire. They sent tech out anyway and he said he need to take my meter cause he smelled fire residue , of course he lied. I tried to call atmos sups, by that time he called police to take my meter. I finally talk to supv and she said that I need code inspection report to get it back. I did that over a month ago now they saying they never got report and code enforcement has to resend!!! What the ***!! It's been a month and I am still being billed and we have no hot water with a 1 year old child in the home!! How do I file a complaint and with whom in my state?? I guess I have to take this to the media for help , my state rep and who ever these taxes are being paid to. Who is the regulation corp for this atmos?? Do I need a lawyer , because we have been under so much stress!!! Code enforcement states atmos is in clear violation!!!!!

Atmos - Turned Off Gas Review from Dallas, Texas
I have been a paying customer with this company for over 8 years and this is the first time I get treated like ***! My gas was turned off due to non payment. 5 days before it was disconnected, I called and their wait time was 45 mins to an hour. So I went into their website and went to the contact us tab to request for someone to call me back. It specifically asked if you want to be contacted by phone or email. I chose phone thinking someone was going to call me back. I was trying to let someone know that my bill was going to be paid at he end of the month. Well, that never happened and I was never sent a notice about my service being disconnected. This irritates the *** out of me since they cannot do anything until he next business day. If it's on a Friday, they will not come out until Monday or whenever they have a opening. The only reason I'm complaining is because I have two kids. They don't give a *** about any of that when you talk to them! No sympathy!
