Unsubscribe me and close my account

Please unsubscribe me and stop taking 5.99 out of my account. I cannot even get a cash advance.
Every time I try to reset the password, I never get the email. Someone emailed that this was fixed, but it's not fixed.
I don't want any more money coming out of my account. I think the cash advance is only $20.

- - Feb 14 advance: $25 plus $5 fee; repaid Feb 21, balance shows $30.
- - Support unresponsive after 12 contacts; BBB filing and bank alerted.
No communication and no resolution. They really have no support team. I would suggest everyone stay away from them
I paid it back on February 21, when repayment was due. It's still showing that I owe the $30.00, and it's 5 days later. I contacted their support team 12 times to no avail. I keep getting 'waiting for support' as the response.
I reported ATM.com today to the Better Business Bureau, more out of frustration than realization that they can do anything. I also advised my bank that I was having this problem, so if I see more than one charge of $30.00, I can report it as fraud.

I joined ATM.com several months ago and enjoyed doing some of the things you can do to earn money until my ID expired. I was told that I needed to update my ID.
I was sent an email link and a text to do this, which I did.
It has been over a week since I verified everything, and I have yet to reach anyone to verify everything on my end. I spend a good amount of time on the app, have waited for this verification, and still can't get any response from anyone.
