Atlas Choice = Bad Customer Service and Frauduent Activity

DO NOT use Atlas Choice. Atlas Choice ticket number 7116****, reservation number 6985****. Due to them not providing the correct information I am currently on day 4 of an 8 day holiday without a car in the middle of rural America and they have made no attempt to resolve this issue. I emailed the team so many times I've lost count, asking them to call me directly, no one called. Eventually I called them only to speak with a dismissive and slightly rude Customer Service agent who wouldn't provide any information about my case, her position or manager. I was told that my case is under review, amazingly by her direct supervisor. I managed to call the exact direct report to the one person reviewing my case. I'm still awaiting a phone call to resolve this issue. 1 phone call and they could have resolved this issue, instead they ignore emails, are rude on the phone and dismissive in the responses they give.

Avoid atlas choice at all costs! Hope this is not too late! It's too late for me! I hired a car from Murcia airport and Returned the car to them over a month ago and haven't had my deposit back yet, credit card bill of over £750 has already been paid, atlas choice are doing nothing about it!!!!! Believe all of the negative reviews on them, it's not just grumpy people, they've caused me no end of stress and are simply blaming the Spanish car hire company!!! I'm at the end of my tether and don't know what else I can except try to warn people to stay away from them!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THRU THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I reserved a car through Atlaschoice in Ancona. I ended up with Autovia, a 100% Italian rental company. Car was very old and scratchy, but OK, the price was also low. When we came back Autovia had collected money from my Creditcard. More than the rental amount.We dont know why. I contacted Atlaschoice, but they do like nothing. They have no contact with the rental company they say, though thet rent out cars by Autovia every day. Autovia responds to nothing. Do not rent your car by Atlaschoice or Autovia because they have no service in these cases. They will steal from you, see also the other review. Same story

Cancellation charges

I'm not exactly pissed because they do state this in their terms and conditions which I should have read but I have yet to find another car rental company that charges a cancellation fee for a reservation well in advance. In my case it was over 10 days in advance. I got charged $45 cancellation for a $350 van rental. Please don't patronize this company until they drop cancellation charges like everybody else. On top of that it was slow and frustrating dealing with them with a long string of emails. They have a lowest price guarantee so when I found a better deal, I submitted it to them even forwarding my reservation email. They rejected it because they could not find the same deal themselves. When I asked what the cancellation charge was they simply told me to go look it up on their policies page. They really didn't seem to want my business. I saved over $100 so even with the $45 fee I'm better off staying away from these people.

Atas choice, green motion not very good

I arrived at Heathrow after leaving Australia having paid Atlas choice who supplied car through GREEN Motion, first of all it cost 5 pounds to get the bus from the airport,(usually courtesy bus when booking reputable car hire companies )My plane was late arriving and then the half hour wait for the bus and as you can guess, I was late to pick up,so if you hire something and pay for that days hire this company has the right after 2hrs to let your car to some one else! I had to pay an extra 89 pounds 91 pence to upgrade to a larger car that I didn't need also there is a charge on my card from Europecar for 76.32 aus dollar,I was so flustered that I'm not sure but I think I was coerced into taking extra insurance maybe through Europe car, the people frankly don't give a toss about building a relationship with the customer, and all the cars I saw were scratched and pretty dirty so be on your guard and check the car thoroughly yourself, I was terrified after reading the reviews it seems like it is impossible to get away without them finding a scratch. I was lucky in that case.I tried to contact Atlas choice whom were my broker and received skant help from the first girl and it seemed like the second was probably just patronizing me,they both told me to contact helpdesk@***.com but my emails were ignored or returned unread,in this case that old adage you get what you pay for was partly right in fact you don't get what you have already paid for you have to pay more!pay a little bit more and get good customer service and feel a little safer by going with a reputable company, please read all reviews before you book because it seems to be almost a criminal enterprise making customers pay more once they have already paid and are now ready to pick up. I will be continuing this complaint firstly with Atlas choice and secondly with Green Motion and then I will be writing to the ombudsman.it seems to me that the name Atlas choice should be changed to At last choice or if you book maybe alass choice ?
