Do not, I repeat, do NOT use Assured Relocation services out of DeBary, Florida which is an Atlas company. They promised everything and lived up to nothing.

4 days late...beyond the 10 day window. There was no communication from Assured or Atlas, although I was promised "daily" updates as to when and where the shipment. There was Major damage to an antique mahogany roll top desk and a Tiffany style lamp. Settlement offer $84!!!

I spent more than that at pick-up and at delivery each time for lunch and tips for all the help. NO COMMUNICATION....THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE Beware...DO NOT use Atlas Van Lines and DO NOT use Assured Relocation Services out of DeBary, Florida.

Employment Requirements Review

Went to work for one of there drivers once, tells me if I do not give him all my personal information that I will not be working for him, he called an atlas agent for help whom I work for, we did not call him. I refuse an got ripped out of a days pay because I refused to give up my personal information. I agree they are thieves.

Atlas is made up of liars, cheats, and frauds..

We were assigned to Atlas for our military move in 2010. They agreed to our dates and promised us a door to door move.

Instead, our stuff ended up in a warehouse, was two weeks late, and damaged. We were told by more than one person at Atlas they were not concerned with the military's 75 day rule as far as they were concerned we had 9 months to file our claim. Since my wife and I were dealing with her high risk pregnancy and serious medical issues at the time this was welcomed news not to have to worry with claims right away. We filed our claim 9 days beyond the 75 days and Atlas refused to settle, citing the 75 day rule.

It didn't matter how much I argued or otherwise tried to reason with Atlas. They refused to budged. I even sent a 3 page letter to the CEO but never heard back from him. In the end, I would have simply liked to hear them say that although they gave us inaccurate information they still had no intention of honoring it.

But they wouldn't even admit to that. This company is made up of liars, cheats, and frauds and I will NEVER let them touch my stuff again so long as I have any say in the matter.

My family is going through a similar disaster with Atlas right now. This will reflect in my CSS and I am also pursuing other options against this egregious company and their unparalleled ineptitude.

Atlas Sucks!

Recently we moved from one state to another and had Atlas as our moving company. We received our shipment 3 weeks late and when we did, half of the shipment was damaged and half of the shipment never made it.

After fighting for 8 months, we finally decided to settle on getting the move for free. These yahoos in the middle of the fight actually tried to bill us for extra mileage.

I would highly recommend using another company if you ever move from on state to another. This had to be one of the worst experiences we ever went through.

It sounds as though we did a little better than you, but they still suck. When they dropped off our boxes at our temporary housing they claimed one box didn't exist; this box had expensive items in it and I ended up calling the manager over it and ripping him a new one.

Behold, the box suddenly appeared. We also had so much damage to our furniture and items. Our 7 piece beautiful bedroom suite had 5 of the items damaged to where we had them professionally repaired. They ruined our living room TV, the kitchen table was gouged to almost beyond repair, etc.

etc. These were the worst movers I have ever had in my life and I've had quite a few.

The company picked them and I'm wondering if they were just trying to save a buck. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go with Atlas.

Dont Trust Them

What a horrible moving Experience!! Atlantic Relocation, Inc. on Bankers Circle is who I had used. I think they may have changed their name. Do not use these guys! Verbal contracts mean nothing. The price was jacked up from my original quote over the phone (due to "labor charges", and although my delivery was promised for the next day, it arrived 4 days later around 8:30 at night. I still don't have an explantion from anyone, and I have called and called. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
