You must be a relative or close friend of those guys who has felonies over at Rising S i have seen rising S bunkers and I have seen Atlas bunkers if and that is a big IF Atlas informed of their bunkers having damage they don't mind going to town and fixing the problem. Rising S have had failures and refused to go fix and Atlas went to work when called.
