Plumber that spent too much time on the job
- - Atlas Plumbing plumbers worked two hours on the leak.
- - They replaced five pieces and billed $500.
- - Customer questioned duration; no callback.
Atlas Plumbing of Dallas came to my house to fix a leak in the water main at my house. I shoveled out all of the soil where the leak was and exposed the water line clearly showing the location of the leak.
Two plumbers worked on the repair for two hours, replaced five pieces on a job that shouldn't have taken no more than an hour to hour and fifteen minutes. They charged me $500 dollars labor for two hours of work. Keep in mind there were two men working on this job. Clear example of "milking the clock".
When I called to question the length of time spent on this job, I received no call backs. Just don't want any of my neighbors to spend hard earned money on these people who are not fair about their work.
- Poor finishing work and over billed for amount of work
