Resolved: Undelivered parcel
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Atlas agreed to replace the missing item
Evri should have delivered my Atlas order but I got email saying couldn't find my address even though they have delivered here before

Didn't get parcel I ordered
I ordered a pack of 4 fleece for ยฃ19.99 but Evri failed to deliver them, they said they couldn't find our address, which is incorrect as they have delivered here loads of times

I've returned some items and asked for a smaller size, but I've heard nothing since. I have the email for the order but thats all.
The number on the website wont connect as it says number invalid.
Its so difficult to get a number to speak to someone on and when you do they cant help you anyway until 3 weeks after the return to exchange. Very frustrating to deal with

Replace jacket ordered 5wks ago still waiting spoke to customer service this morning and was told to ring back on the 18th of December so yes I am pissed off
No help what so ever having to wait 35days to be returned told them it was a Christmas gift did the same thing in June while waiting for tshirts

Not recieved my order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The parcel was put through my door by someone, don't know who it had been opened, but all the goods were there
I am very disappointed. I ordered this about 5 weeks ago.
I told you I haven't received it and reordered it, and you said it would be 5 to 7 days.
It's still not delivered. As a new customer, I am very wary to recommend you.

My complaint has not been dealt with I was told to phone customer service all I got was Google bye
I received a letter regarding a payment of ยฃ15.94, which I paid by card by post on the 20th of May. I have a receipt and it should have been signed for when delivered. I had another letter today for the same amount, with ยฃ10 added on for not paying, which I did.
Preferred solution: Could I have a valid phone no to call I tried calling the no on your catalogue keep getting its not the right no I'm really annoyed been given the runaround
