On a day, I was supposed to get a lot of Atlas bucks. It didn’t give it to me.
I bought the Explorer club for $50 where I would get both sides of the free Atlas books every day and I got to day 30 before I could collect it. It reset me and day 30 is a bonus day where Im supposed to get 550. I asked for help to reset it and they reset my streak, but I never was able to collect my day 30 Atlas bucks and it just skipped over that day and even if I did collect it, it said I wouldve only gotten 91 Atlas bucks so I feel like theyre robbing me of 550 bucks

Fixed my issue within hours
My daily login bonus reset from 5 days to 1..this is an ongoing bug but this company (PissedCustomer) expedited it and ot was resolved within 4 hrs

Over Charged for Parcels
There is no other company that provides the same service. I suppose without resolution I am SOL. Too bad, I recommend lots of my friends
all they said is that the system says you bought 7 even though my balance before and after showed 4.

I completed the watch tower level on Royal Match. I am supposed to get 45 Atlas Bucks for this.
I have not received them. As of this email I also still have 80 days to complete tasks.

I have a persistent error that prevents me to log into my account. I follow all the instructions and the error still does not allow me to enter the account.
The error is telling me that I am not over 18 year old. But how the *** I have made this account a year ago and shoed my ID to identify it as an adult over 18? I am 42 years old. At least you should allow me to enter the account and prove it again if you want.
But instead I am receiving so many errors that I should connect with a different account like Facebook and then the error came again. I am asked to introduce my phone number to identify the account. I am receiving a code, introduced the code in the showed box and after that the error pops again saying the same thing, that I am not 18 years old... This is going for a week now, and I very pissed of.
It is frustrating to see your invested time every day, day by day disappearing all of a sudden because of a faulty app.
I want to be compensated and allowed to log in again in the account effective immediately. Otherwise, I will complain to a higher authority.
Miserable.

Every time I download a game through the arcade, it does not end up in my apps for the game. How do I earn atlas bucks through the arcade if none of the games end up in my list?
And why do you not answer people in the chat? I sat waiting for customer service in the chat for 4 hours and got no one.

Missing referral bonuses, missing atlas bucks from the ads, missing atlas bucks for atlas arcade, and the app shuts down. I have had to reinstall it a couple of times, and the customer service chat is terribleno help at all.
